You will receive a lifestyle questionnaire and based upon your answers I tailor your plan to suit your unique lifestyle and goal. Once I have set your targets you then decide which foods to eat, these can be the foods you already enjoy, plus you may wish to add in some recommended healthy options too. There are no restrictions.You will also gain access to my women's only Facebook group and the members only area on my website. Here you will find all of my workouts, recipes, hints and tips. Once a week you get the opportunity to check in with me so that I can guide you and tweak your plan to ensure you get your desired results.
